It's time to start gaining those Fall pounds. I love when my jeans start to fit snug, that's when I know it's football season. Holidays are always better in tight clothing. Hell, just go out and buy a new wardrobe, It would be easier, hiding behind bigger bulkier clothing.
Is that how you feel time and time again? After all we are no longer shedding our clothes to hit the beach and comfort food is all around us (Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Lattes, Yeah you know it). I've been experimenting with many of my current clients. I had my clients come to 3 classes a week for 6 weeks following some loose eating guidelines and "BOOM" the women lost between 7 and 18 pounds, where the male lost a crazy 12-24 pounds.
